Shipping policy

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Any applicable delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address, before you confirm payment.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any time and we will check the status for you.

Courier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays or address issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch.
